Hey there, I'm Gianna.

I've spent more than 25 years teaching Pilates and helping women reconnect with their bodies — in my private studio in Denver and in group classes at Colorado Athletic Club.

I've watched women come in frustrated, stiff, and unsure why nothing they'd tried was working. And I've watched those same women stand taller, move more freely, and feel genuinely good in their bodies again — not because they pushed harder, but because they finally understood what their body actually needed.

  • Your membership gives you unlimited access to all live classes, workshops, and replays every month — no per-class fees, no limits. Show up as often as you like.

  • No problem at all. Life happens, and this membership is built to be flexible and forgiving. You can always come back without feeling like you have to start over. All replays are available so you never miss a session.

  • Yes — there are no long-term contracts or commitments. You can cancel your membership at any time, no questions asked.
