I'm a Comprehensively Certified Pilates Instructor and Health Coach with a passion for helping others feel strong confident, and at home in their bodies - especially as we age into our 50s, 60s, and beyond.
After over two decades in the fitness industry, I've helped hundreds of people move better - without the need for a gym membership or punishing high-intensity routines. My Wednesday & Friday classes are consistent, fun, results-driven sessions focused on core strength, mobility, and body awareness - no matter where you're starting from.
