Hi, I'm Gianna!
I'm a Comprehensively Certified Pilates Instructor and Health Coach with a passion for helping others feel strong confident, and at home in their bodies - especially as we age into our 50s, 60s, and beyond.
After over two decades in the fitness industry, I've helped hundreds of people move better - without the need for a gym membership or punishing high-intensity routines. My classes are consistent, fun, results-driven sessions focused on core strength, mobility, and body awareness - no matter where you're starting from.
Let's move together, feel better, and age gracefully - with strength and joy.

The Peak Posture System™ is a phase-based Pilates membership for adults 48+ who are done with random workouts and ready for a smarter, step-by-step system. One that actually addresses why your body feels the way it does.
Phase 1: Awareness - Building the Foundation
We start where it matters most: your mind and your alignment. Before you can move better, you have to find what's going on in your body first.
30-min workout @8AM - Monday & Wednesday (replays included in Peak Posture Videos Library)
Live 1 hr. lesson per week (Mondays at 12 noon (replays included)
Handouts and key concepts to study and apply; if needed.
Your 4-Week Roadmap:
Week 1 - Intro + Housekeeping. Just get moving.
Week 2 - What is good posture? Posture Assessment: Your Body's Story & "Shape-in-Space."
Week 3 - Goals, Range of Motion (ROM), Intensity, & Speed. Core. Breath. 90/90.
Week 4 - The 5 parts of the mind, the 4 stages of learning, and why. "Shut Up, Tiffany!" Pilates is intelligent training.
Bonus Weeks 5, 6, & 7 - July 13, 20, & 27 (optional attendance) - Review and revisit lesson & practices in weeks 2 -4.
