I am a comprehensively certified Pilates instructor and Health Coach. Twenty years ago a back injury introduced me to the Pilates Method and since then it has become a life-long pursuit.
It has become a privilege to share my passion to help clients and students to learn how to move from the inside out to create healthy hips, lower back, and a solidly-strong core to move well into their 50s, 60s, and beyond.
The goal is to create a balanced, healthy, stable, strong, flexible, and buoyant body that moves with ease.
